When youth do not have a schedule to spend their leisure time, they do something or anything. And most often that ‘something or anything’ is not a cheerful thing that eventually becomes the basis of a big problem. The spending of after school leisure evenings with bad folks can destroy the personality of a youth. Youth in such an environment are likely exposed to the high risk. On the other hand if they have access to libraries or playgrounds where they can go to do homework or play the sports of their choice, the likelihood of youth mixing with bad folks and involving in unscrupulous activities, if not eliminated, will highly be minimized. Easy solution to the big problem, is to give them book and ball that will play a vital role in shaping their personality and changing their destiny.
