To empower and instill creativity in youths to identify problems within their communities and to involve them in formulating proposals to ensure sustainable solutions. Empowerment of the community members in decision-making reinforces the feelings of self-confidence, sense of ownership and responsibility and eliminates the feeling of being deprived, ignored and exploited.
